Ordering from our site is very simple. Just click on the buy button on our product pages and add each item to the order form.

Your order is important to us so let us know if you are having problems and we'll try to sort it out.

Payment

All our prices are in NZ$ and are GST inclusive. Depending on where in the world you want the goods delivered you may be subject to local taxes and duties.

Our web site order form uses a secure server to gather credit card details. This will ensure your details are only seen by us.

Freight

Within New Zealand the freight charge is free. For the Rest of the World the freight charge is only $10.

Delivery

Within New Zealand please allow 7 days (most orders take only 2-3 days). For the Rest of the World delivery is by sea/air freight with a delivery target of seven days

Guarantee

Any problems, just return the goods for a full refund (the goods must be unused and in good condition).
