How to Order
Ordering from our site is very simple. Just click on the "add to cart" button on our product pages to add an item to your cart. Then proceed to checkout, following the step by step instructions you are given there.
Your order is important to us so let us know if you are having problems and we'll sort it out.
Payment
For members of the public, all our prices are in New Zealand dollars. When you register you will divulge whether you live in New Zealand or not. Our web site order form uses a secure server to gather credit card details. This will ensure your details are only seen by us. We do not store your credit card details.
Freight
We do not deliver within New Zealand. Instead we'd like you to support your local CECILY retailer. Here are the best of them.
International shipping is a flat rate of $12.
Retailers in Australia are charged a maximum freight fee of $18A per order, unless your order exceeds $1000A, in which case freight is free.
Delivery
Goods are usually dispatched the same day
International orders are sent by airmail with NZ Post with a delivery target of seven days for most of the year, but more at Christmas. You can see the NZ Post closing dates for Christmas mail here.
Guarantee
If there are any problems just return the goods in an unused and as new condition and we will refund you in full.
